Shipping policy

Alegria Flowers delivers by hand within our Austin-area service zone. We do not offer national shipping or courier shipping outside that zone.

Where we deliver. Austin, Texas and nearby cities we currently serve (including areas such as Buda and Kyle). Check the delivery map on alegria.flowers before ordering. If your address is outside the zone, we cannot fulfill the order.

Delivery fee. Delivery is free on all orders within our service zone.

Delivery days. Consumer subscription deliveries run on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month (unless we email you about a holiday or weather change).

Order cutoff. To receive the next Saturday delivery, place or confirm your order by Friday at 10:00 AM America/Chicago the day before that Saturday. After that cutoff, your order applies to the following eligible Saturday delivery.

Recipient not home. We typically leave the bouquet in a safe spot at the delivery address (porch, door, or building entry as accessible). Include gate codes or special instructions in your account. We are not responsible for flowers left per your instructions that are later taken or damaged by weather after handoff.

Holidays and weather. Severe weather or major holidays may shift a Saturday. We will notify you by email when that happens.
